The competition starts on Instagram and Facebook with the posting on 14.02.2024 and ends on 14.02.2024 at 23:59 CET.
The competition is in no way linked to Instagram or Facebook. Instagram and Facebook shall be exempt from any responsibility.
All participants who have met the competition requirements in the above-mentioned period, either on Instagram or Facebook, will take part in the competition.
Comments from the same people on Instagram and Facebook will be considered as one entry.
We reserve the right, under certain necessary circumstances, to cancel or change the competition on Instagram and Facebook.
The winners shall be picked at random.
Raffle prizes cannot be exchanged or paid in cash.
Corresponding to above-mentioned date the announcement of the winners will be posted on Instagram and Facebook on 15.02.2024. The winners will also receive a personal message. Winners must respond within 7 days to @PONY_NEEDLES_EUROPE. Otherwise the claim will be lost, and the prize will go back into the raffle.
All persons residing in Europe can participate.
Participants in the competition must provide name and address to TM Europe UG for the
purpose of sending out raffle prizes.
Participants must agree to their profile being linked on Instagram or Facebook.
The participants' data will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the handling of the raffle.
With regard to personal data, participants are entitled to information, modification, deletion and revocation.
